Ritrovamenti inaspettati"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ritrovamenti d\u2019archivio inaspettati: album di fotografie Mattia Locatelli<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019archivio camerale conserva un album di fotografie della Locatelli: antica azienda casearia lombarda. Fondata da Mattia Locatelli nel 1860 a Ballabio (LC) per la stagionatura e il commercio del formaggio Gorgonzola, nel 1874 esporta gi\u00e0 il formaggio in varie parti del mondo. Nel 1882 gli uffici vengono trasferiti a Lecco e nel 1900 al gorgonzola si aggiunge il commercio del Parmigiano Reggiano e del Pecorino Romano, prodotto nella zona dell\u2019Agro Romano, presso l\u2019Azienda agricola \u201cTragliatella\u201d, sempre di propriet\u00e0 dei Locatelli. Nel 1922 la ditta approda in Piemonte acquisendo caseificio e salumificio dei fratelli Barberi, nati nei primi del Novecento, a Moretta (Cuneo). Nel 1961 caseificio e salumificio vengono acquisiti dal gruppo Nestl\u00e8, che nel 1987 a Moretta costruisce un moderno stabilimento per la produzione dei formaggi freschi. Nel 1998 sar\u00e0 il gruppo francese della famiglia Besnier ad acquistare il marchio Locatelli e il reparto caseario dello stabilimento di Moretta dal Gruppo Nestl\u00e8. Nel 2008 nasce Gruppo Lactalis Italia, la holding che gestisce il pi\u00f9 importante portafoglio marchi nel settore lattiero-caseario in Italia: Galbani, Invernizzi, Cademartori, Locatelli, Pr\u00e9sident. <a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sede a Moretta (CN) spiega la presenza dell\u2019album, raro e prezioso, presso l\u2019archivio camerale di
